Flooring & Tile Designs LLC ("we", "us") installs floors and tile for homeowners and small businesses in Polk County, Florida. This page says what we collect from the people who contact us, why, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• From you. Your name, phone number or email, the address where the floor is going, and the details of the job — rooms, square footage, material preference, timing.
• From the visit. Measurements, subfloor and moisture notes, and photographs of the area we are quoting.
• Job records. The signed estimate, schedule, change orders and the invoice.
• Web logs. Our host records IP address, browser type and pages requested, used to keep the site up and secure.

Why we use it

• To measure, quote and schedule the installation.
• To order or coordinate the material for your job.
• To invoice the work and honour the labour warranty afterwards.
• To reach you about your own job — a delivery date, a slab problem found during tear-out, an approval we need before continuing.

Photographs

We photograph work in progress and finished floors for our own records and for warranty purposes. We only publish a photo — on our site or in an ad — if the customer has agreed to it, and we never publish anything that identifies the address or the people who live there.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not pass it to advertisers, data brokers or lead-selling companies, and we do not share your contact details with other contractors.

Who else sees it

The office and the installer assigned to your job. Beyond that, only the service providers that run parts of the business — the company that hosts this website, and our card processor if you pay electronically. They may use it only to provide that service to us. We will also disclose information if the law requires it, or to bring or defend a legal claim.

How long we keep it

Job and billing records are kept for the period Florida requires for business and tax records, and for as long as the labour warranty could be claimed. Estimates that never become jobs are deleted after two years.

Cookies

This site uses no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking pixels. Whatever your browser stores is limited to what the page needs to display.

Children

We contract with adults and do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Your choices

Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Call or email us with the details below; we reply within thirty days.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
