Who we are

FLOORING & TILE DESIGNS LLC is a Florida limited liability company registered with the Florida Division of Corporations under SunBiz Document # L20000369412, with its place of business at 3143 Totem Rd, Eagle Lake, FL 33839, United States. We clean, seal and restore existing tile, grout and natural stone floors for customers in Polk County, Florida. We do not install flooring, sell products, or provide design services. What information we collect

We only collect what we need in order to quote and schedule floor work:

Contact details you give us — your name, phone number, email address and the service address, submitted through the quote form on this site or given to us over the phone.
Job details — the type of floor, approximate square footage, city, and any notes you add about stains, pets, access or previous cleaning.
Service records — dates of work performed, what was done, and the invoice amount, kept for accounting and warranty purposes.

We do not collect payment card numbers through this website. There is no cart and no checkout here. Invoices are settled in person after the work, by card reader, check or cash, and card data is handled by the payment processor, not stored by us.

How we use it

To call or email you back with a quote and to agree on an appointment window.
To find your property and text you when we are about fifteen minutes out.
To issue an invoice and keep the records our accountant and the State of Florida require.
To follow up at roughly the twelve-month mark to ask how the sealer is holding up. If you would rather we did not, tell us and we will note it.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. Your name, phone number and address are not passed to lead brokers, referral networks, affiliate programs or any other company. We are the business that does the work — there is no third party in the middle who would receive your details. We do not send marketing text blasts, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

Cookies and analytics

This site is a small set of static pages. It does not set advertising cookies, does not use tracking pixels, and does not build a profile of you. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, page requested, time of the request) for security and troubleshooting, in the ordinary way any web host does. If we ever add analytics or advertising tags in the future, this page will be updated before they go live.

Who can see your information

Access is limited to the owner and the one employee who performs the work. We may share limited details with our accountant for tax filing, or where we are legally required to respond to a lawful request. That is the complete list.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not turn into a job are discarded within about twelve months. Records tied to completed work — invoices and service history — are kept for seven years, which is what our tax and warranty obligations require.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to tell you what we have on file for you, to correct it, or to delete it, except for records we are required by law to retain. Email [email protected] or call (863) 419-2087 and we will handle it within thirty days.

Children

This site is intended for adults arranging service at a property they own or manage. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top. Substantive changes will also be mentioned on our home page.
